Return Policy

All Kangen Water machines purchased through Best Water Worldwide are backed by Enagic's manufacturer warranty. Returns and exchanges are handled directly through Enagic International in accordance with their policies.

3-Day Right of Rescission

Enagic offers a 3-day right of rescission period from the date of purchase. During this window, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund. To exercise this right, please contact us immediately.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet been processed or shipped can typically be cancelled for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, the return policy applies.

Warranty

All Enagic Kangen Water machines come with a manufacturer's warranty. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Please refer to your product documentation for specific warranty terms and conditions.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with Enagic to arrange a replacement or repair as quickly as possible.
